Appointment Etiquette Policy

Arriving Late: We ask that all clients arrive 10 mins before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, this will result in your appointment time being shortened. Please note that shortened appointments will not result in a reduced price of your service. This is necessary to stay on schedule and accommodate our clients in a timely fashion.

Rescheduling or Cancelling:

  • To reschedule or cancel your upcoming appointment we will require 24 hours notice. 
  • To cancel or modify your appointment, please log in to your client profile at and manage your appointment through our system.
  • We cannot accept bookings, modifications or cancellations via social media, as the messages may be missed. 
  • Cancelling or modifying your appointment needs to be done BEFORE 24 hours to ensure we receive your cancellation and can re-fill your spot with someone from our waitlist. 

If you fail to cancel or reschedule as stated above, before 24 hours of your appointment, it will be treated as a last minute cancellation.
Any service that is 
cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to 50% of the service fee.

No Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, your card on file will be charged the entirety of the service you were reserved for. If your card cannot be processed, we cannot accommodate you for any further bookings until your no-show fee is paid in full.
