Using the most advanced, medical grade permanent makeup machine by Artliner™ (Similar to a conventional tattoo machine, but designed for delicate skin on the face). Using the finest nano needle cartridges in the industry, the Nano Brow technique creates fine hair-like strokes and shading (also known as Powder Brow or Combination Brow). Nano Brow consists of a specialized technique using micropigmentation to give your eyebrows a 3D illusion of a natural-looking appearance.
The Nano Brow enhancement is a more permanent procedure compared to Microblading as the nano needle penetrates the skin with pigment deeper than a manual Microblade. Plus, with Nano Brow, you only have to make one pass and do not need to reinforce your strokes, which offers less blurring and scarring and more precise results.
The Nano Brow procedure is safe, quick, and highly effective. With a numbing agent applied to the treatment area, the procedure is virtually painless and bloodless. Pigments used during treatment are precision formulated and fully stabilized to prevent unwanted colour changes, protect against infection, and prevent allergic reactions.
Every Permanent Makeup service is done over two appointments. At your first brow appointment, your shape and perfectly matched color are chosen based on your facial features, skin tone and preferences. The entire appointment is approximately two hours for this first session. A touchup appointment is recommended after 4-6 weeks to perfect your brow and complete the building process. Results can last 3-5 years, however fading will occur over time due to cellular turnover, lifestyle, sun exposure, and skin type. To keep your color rich and prevent fading, annual touch ups are recommended.
Nano Brow vs Microblading
Application Technique
A topical numbing cream is applied which will take approximately 20 minutes to take effect. Then, the specialist will use a specially-made tool to delicately scratch the brow into the skin, strand-by-strand. Pigment is applied into the brow design. The entire treatment time is approximately two hours.
There is no downtime, however the brow will take about two weeks to fully heal. The brow may appear darker than you are used to for a few days, then will lighten into the desired color within two weeks, fading 20-40%. Please follow after-care instructions.
Between the initial treatment and your follow up appointment, you may experience peeling (typically noticeable only up close) and fading of the brow. This is natural and part of the treatment process. The Follow-Up Session will build on the color that has already been absorbed into the skin.
Your Nano Brow will last for up to 5 years with recommended touchups, depending on individual circumstances (e.g. skin type, thickness and depth of color chosen, and lifestyle), and will fade gradually and naturally.
After Care
Avoid water on the treatment area for 24 hours. Do not pick at the brow when the color starts to peel. For best color retention, please avoid the following for one week after treatment: sun exposure, saunas, excessive sweating, and brow makeup. Avoid the following for two weeks: swimming, sweating and facials.
